About Unlimited
Unlimited Potential NFP
At Unlimited Potential NFP, we believe that homelessness does not define a young person’s future. We exist to create transformative pathways for youth and families by addressing the root causes of instability through housing, mental health services, education, leadership development, workforce readiness, and holistic support.
Located on a multi-building campus in Blue Island, Illinois, Unlimited Potential is building one of the nation’s most innovative youth homeless prevention models — a safe, restorative environment where young people are not only housed, but empowered to heal, grow, and thrive.
Our programs are designed to support the whole person. Through trauma-informed care, individualized support plans, life skills development, spiritual enrichment, therapeutic programming, and community connection, we help youth rediscover identity, dignity, and purpose.
Unlimited Potential provides a continuum of care that includes:
- Transitional Living Programs for young women ages 17½–21
- Mental health and wellness services
- Leadership and workforce development initiatives
- Educational support and career readiness
- Therapeutic arts and wellness programming
- Family visitation and restoration services
- Life skills, financial literacy, and independent living preparation
- Community outreach and prevention services
Our approach is rooted in the belief that lasting transformation happens when young people are surrounded by safety, structure, opportunity, and authentic relationships. Every program on our campus is intentionally designed to create stability while helping youth build confidence, resilience, and self-sufficiency.
At Unlimited Potential, youth come to us with case files — but they leave with identity, dignity, and purpose.
